We’ve been listening to your feedback on the club canteen and we’re excited to be relaunching the canteen as “Robyn’s Nest” – in recognition of all the hard work from Robyn Barker over the decades she kept the Toongabbie Demons player and parents fed and watered.
We’ve got an updated menu, with a focus on fresh & warm food as well as vegetarian friendly options.
We’ll be asking our parents to help us run the Canteen this year – volunteering for 45 mins before your match! (So you still get to watch your child’s game)
Toongabbie Demons Soccer Club needs volunteers… With the 2021 season so close, we’d love to see even more new faces involved in our club.
If you’re not ready to be a manager or coach but would still like to support your team, we’ve still got plenty of roles available.
Committee | Grounds-person | Covid Marshall | Safety Marshal | First Aid | Referee | Canteen | Cooking | Set-up | Pack-up | Media | Sponsorship | Repairs | Cleaning | Ride-share … or come up with your own suggestion to help out.
Please get in touch with the club by email Toongabbiesoccer@live.com.au and drop us your details (name and phone number) and the role you’re interested in, or contact your coach.

Do you love the game? Are you interested in learning how to lead a game as an official on the pitch.
To create a better game day experience for miniroos, ensure consistent rules are being played, and add a more professional feel with an official in the center to our games… we invite you to enter the Referee pathway as a game leader for miniroo games.
This is open to parents and players alike – understand the game better with training and experience leading a game.
Information for Players and Parents regarding training sessions:
Now that grading is over, the next stage of the soccer season is upon us, building our teams and assigning our Coaching staff for the coming year.
As we nominate coaches for teams, they will contact the parents and players directly, to inform them of their team assignment, what training times are agreed and when pre-season training will start.
Please be patient while we on-board the coaching staff.. as soon as we have this complete – you can expect your coach to be in touch. If you haven’t heard from your coach by 19th March – please don’t hesitate to contact the club – email@example.com – or speak to a member of the committee pitch side. (Steve, Brian, Dermot, Matty, Rocky, Jono, Colleen, Thiru, Nelson, Paul)
Please also be patient with the coaching staff, they are volunteers – some of which are very new to the club and their role – and may not have the information you require.. if in doubt – contact the committee at firstname.lastname@example.org
Thanks all – Coach Dermot (U9B) & Committee Member..
Register, so we can have team lists prepared for the night! Registering before grading ensures you can get on with showing your skills to the coaches and getting in a strong team!
Bring a friend!
If you have a schoolmate, cousin, brother, sister, friend from the street, bring them along and we’ll let them join us for some game time on grading night.
Parents, be ready to help!
Please remember Toongabbie Demons is a Soccer club run by volunteers, parents and past players, just like you! On grading night we will need at least 1 coach per team and a manager to support the coach. All other parents and players will be expected to support your team however they can. For some, that means helping with line marking, putting up nets, marking pitches, washing jerseys, fundraising, helping in the canteen, refereeing MiniRoo games, acting as a warden, packing away after a home game… and all the other little jobs that make our club work. So, be ready to put your hand up and help out!
